摘要: 隨著人工智慧與數據科學的浪潮興起,越來越多企業需要應用人工智慧來增進企業的效率與組織的生產力,但應用並非一蹴可幾,必須建立企業內部的數位能力,在文化、策略、組織、人才與資訊技術上精進,才能有利於企業長期發展與全球化的趨勢,為企業帶來更好的營運效率及競爭優勢。

本研究首先簡述現今人工智慧與數位轉型的基本概念與技術,接著探討了人工智慧在企業中的重要性以及如何制定有效的關鍵績效指標,為深入了解企業實際應用情況,論文以多項公開資料說明分析台灣三家高科技製造公司(鴻海、台積電、聯發科)的人工智慧與數位轉型應用案例與技術,分析這些企業如何利用人工智慧和數位轉型來提高效率、降低成本並創造新的商業模式。研究以李吉仁教授的C-SOP:文化、策略、組織、人才架構與本研究新提出的人工智慧四大策略PDCA:平台、數據、維運、演算法來說明所需的實踐項目,以及未來人工智慧的發展趨勢。

期望本研究能對於尚未或正在進行數位轉型與運用人工智慧的台灣企業提供可能之策略及建議方案,持續開創企業轉型的第二曲線,跳脫舊有思維,深耕新技術,改善營運效率;面對環境的快速變遷,實現全球化,提升企業競爭優勢,正面迎戰全球競爭與新局勢。
With the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) and data science, many companies need to apply AI to enhance their efficiency and organizational productivity. However, transformation cannot be achieved overnight. Companies must build digital capabilities internally and improve in areas such as culture, strategy, organization, people, as well as information technology capability. This approach is essential for long-term development and globalization trends, bringing better operational efficiency and competitive advantages to companies.

This thesis first reviews the basic concepts and technologies of current AI and digital transformation, and then explores the importance of AI in enterprises and how to set effective key performance indicators (KPIs). To gain an in-depth understanding of the practical applications in enterprises, the thesis analyzes the AI and digital transformation cases and technologies of three Taiwanese high-tech manufacturing companies (Foxconn, TSMC, and MediaTek) using various publicly available data. It examines how these companies utilize AI and digital transformation to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and create new business models. The research employs Professor Ji-Ren Lee's C-SOP framework: Culture, Strategy, Organization, People and the newly proposed four AI development foundations: Platform, Data, Continuous Operations, and Algorithms (PDCA) and the future trends of Artificial Intelligence.

It is hoped that this study will provide possible strategies and suggestions for companies that are in the process of or planning to perform digital transformation and apply AI to improve the business. Business has to continuously create a second growth curve for itself, break away from traditional thinking, delve into new technologies, and improve operational efficiency. This study aims to help businesses navigate rapid environmental changes, achieve globalization, enhance competitive advantages, and positively address global competition and new challenges.
