摘要: | 隨著經濟全球化和數位化的發展,“十四五”規劃提出加快數位化發展,推進數字產業化和產業數位化,推動數位經濟和實體經濟深度融合。面向“十四五”,燕京啤酒秉承著“為生活釀造美好”的初心使命,圍繞高品質發展主題,以“二次創業,復興燕京”為主基調,主動轉變發展方式和發展結構。在此目標指引下,實施九大變革,組織架構全面升級,構建了“12359”的數智化轉型戰略,以數位技術驅動燕京管理創新,推動公司高品質、可持續發展。
本論文旨在探討採購集中化和數智化在國有企業管理轉型中的作用和影響。通過對採購集中化和數智化的概念、發展現狀以及國企管理轉型的背景和現狀進行分析,深入研究了這兩個關鍵領域對國有企業採購管理的重要性。本文結合實際案例,分析採購集中化和數智化在國企管理轉型中的實際運用情況。 研究發現,採購集中化能夠提升國有企業的採購效率、降低成本,並加強供應鏈管理,為企業管理效率的提升提供了重要支援。與此同時,數智化技術的應用使得採購過程更加智慧化和資料驅動,為國有企業提供了更多的決策支援和管理優勢。在國企管理轉型方面,採購集中化和數智化的結合應用能夠為企業帶來更大的競爭優勢和持續發展動力。 最後,根據研究結果提出了目前燕京數智化推進中存在的不足,以及更多集中化和數智化推進的思路和機會點。總體來說,燕京啤酒在集中採購和數智化採購方面取得的成功可以為中國國有企業提供寶貴的經驗和啟示,也希望本論文研究能為國有企業在採購管理領域的發展提供一定的參考和借鑒。 With the development of economic globalization and digitalization, the "14th Five-Year Plan" proposes to accelerate digital development, promote digital industrialization and industrial digitalization, and promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy. Facing the "14th Five-Year Plan", Yanjing Beer adheres to the original mission of "brewing a better life", focusing on high-quality development, taking "second entrepreneurship and revitalizing Yanjing" as the main theme, and actively transforming its development mode and structure. Under this guidance, nine major reforms were implemented, the organizational structure was comprehensively upgraded, and the "12359" digital transformation strategy was established to drive Yanjing's management innovation with digital technology and promote the company's high-quality and sustainable development. This paper aims to explore the role and impact of centralized procurement and digitalization in the management transformation of state-owned enterprises. Through an analysis of the concepts, current development, and the background and current situation of state-owned enterprise management transformation, the importance of these two key areas to the procurement management of state-owned enterprises was deeply studied. The paper combines practical cases to analyze the practical application of centralized procurement and digitalization in the management transformation of state-owned enterprises. The research finds that centralized procurement can improve the procurement efficiency of state-owned enterprises, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain management, providing important support for improving enterprise management efficiency. At the same time, the application of digitalization technology makes the procurement process more intelligent and data-driven, providing state-owned enterprises with more decision support and management advantages. In terms of management transformation of state-owned enterprises, the combined application of centralized procurement and digitalization can bring greater competitive advantages and sustainable development momentum to enterprises. Finally, based on the research results, the paper puts forward the shortcomings in the current digitalization promotion of Yanjing, as well as more ideas and opportunities for centralized and digitalized promotion. Overall, the success of Yanjing Beer in centralized procurement and digitalized procurement can provide valuable experience and inspiration for Chinese state-owned enterprises. It is hoped that this research can provide a reference and reference for the development of state-owned enterprises in the field of procurement management. |
