dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to delve into the operational development strategies within the semiconductor testing equipment industry, with a focus on the Japanese company Advantest Corporation. Firstly, the basic framework of the research is established through an elucidation of the research motivation, objectives, methods, and processes. Subsequently, an extensive literature review is conducted to delve into management theories, models, and past related studies, providing a theoretical foundation and academic support for subsequent analysis.
In terms of industry analysis, an overview of the semiconductor testing equipment industry, technological developments, market trends, major competitors, and a five-force analysis are undertaken to gain insights into the current state of development and competitive environment within the industry. In the analysis of the case company, Advantest Corporation, a detailed examination of the company''s introduction, resources, capabilities, business portfolio, growth strategies, and business strategies is conducted, revealing the operational situation and development strategies of the company.
Overall, this thesis aims to explore the operational development strategies of the semiconductor testing equipment industry and Advantest Corporation through in-depth analysis, providing practical references and insights for the industry and enriching the theoretical and practical value of related research fields.
