| 摘要: | 近年來環境保護、海洋生態保育以及環境教育等永續議題在政府、企業、學校和社會大眾中受到越來越多的重視。然而,儘管環境保護和教育的重要性日益凸顯,也有研究顯示永續意識之培養與從小所受之教育具高度相關,卻鮮少有著重於環境保護或教育的組織機構或企業將兩者有效地結合起來。在這樣的背景及社會趨勢下,本研究旨在藉由分析珊瑚復育和海洋教育領域的組織協會、企業之營利模式、經營方法以及執行效果,以找到如何利用創新產品及服務鏈結環境保護與教育,解決珊瑚復育或其他環境保護行動執行門檻高、缺乏體驗性的發展與推廣痛點。
為使自居社會企業的新創公司能夠有效結合環境保護行動及教育推廣並發展出具穩定收益、未來性之商業模式,我們將採用商業模式圖、PEST 分析、價值鏈等工具對新創公司內部進行資源盤點,藉此找出關鍵成功要素及主要之策略控制點,並對總體外部環境進行深入分析,期以利用內部資源抓住機會,從而擴大新創事業的發展。另外亦利用價值網分析產業賽局中的參與者,並透過PARTS策略制定競合策略,與互補者結盟合作、將競爭者轉化為互補者以整合資源提供更具附加價值之產品及服務,或是成為產業賽局規則制定者等方式,成為產業中之先進者、主導者,在產業中創造更多價值。 In recent years, sustainable issues like environmental protection, marine conservation, and environmental education have gained traction among governments, businesses, educators, and the public. Despite this, few organizations effectively integrate environmental protection and education. Coral restoration presents challenges due to its complexity and limited practical application in educational settings. This study aims to explore innovative approaches linking these fields. The company under study operates as a social enterprise, seeking to integrate environmental protection and education into a sustainable business model. Tools such as the Business Model Canvas, PEST analysis, and value chain analysis will be used for internal analysis. Resource analysis will identify key success factors and strategic control points, while an examination of the external environment will uncover opportunities to leverage internal resources for new venture development. Additionally, we will employ the value network to analyze industry participants and the PARTS strategy to formulate competition and cooperation strategies. This involves alliances with competitors, transforming them into collaborators, and integrating resources to offer products and services with greater added value. By becoming a game rule maker, our aim is to emerge as an advanced player and industry leader, creating more value in the process. |
