台灣網通產業面對5G開放網路架構及虛擬化技術下之競爭策略：以A公司為例

Abstract

2019年全球爆發的COVID-19疫情，除了對人類生活和經濟產生深刻的衝擊外，也加速了科技的應用和數位轉型的浪潮，在這個後疫情時代，台灣的網通產業正面臨一場前所未有的轉型，而5G開放網路架構和虛擬化技術成為推動這一轉型的雙引擎，這兩者的結合不僅提供了更快速、更靈活的網路基礎設施，還為各個行業帶來了更大的創新和升級的可能性。5G開放網路架構和虛擬化技術的協同作用將為數據密集型應用的發展創造有利條件，如在智慧城市、智慧製造等場景下，5G提供了更大的頻寬和更低延遲，而虛擬化技術保證了數據中心和網路資源的高效利用，進而使得大量數據可以更有效地被處理和分析。 5G開放網路架構和虛擬化技術的崛起將深刻改變台灣的網通產業格局，這不僅是一場技術的升級，更是對整個產業體系的挑戰和機遇，這一轉型提供了更靈活、高效的基礎設施，還激發了更多創新應用的發展，政府的支持和投資也將在這一過程中扮演著至關重要的角色，共同推動台灣網通產業邁向更加智慧、高效和具有全球競爭力的未來。 本研究主要以台灣網通產業為研究範圍，運用管理學上的競爭分析工具，國家、產業與企業三層面作為分析架構，並透過技術、商業模式、市場資源、競爭者圖像與成長創新剖析個案公司因應5G時代的相關策略，進而研擬出B5G時代台灣網通企業之最佳競爭策略，進一步探討如何運用這些創新策略來實現企業轉型和升級，以迎接未來的數位時代。

In 2019, the global outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic not only profoundly impacted human life and the economy but also accelerated the adoption of technology and the digital transformation wave. In this post-pandemic era, Taiwan’s telecommunications industry is facing an unprecedented transformation. The combination of 5G open network architecture and virtualization technology serves as a dual engine driving this transformation. These two technologies not only provide faster and more flexible network infrastructure but also bring greater innovation and upgrade possibilities across various industries. The synergy between 5G open network architecture and virtualization technology will create favorable conditions for the development of data-intensive applications, such as smart cities and smart manufacturing. The rise of 5G open network architecture and virtualization technology will profoundly change Taiwan’s telecommunications industry landscape. It is not just a technological upgrade but also a challenge and opportunity for the entire industry ecosystem. This transformation provides more flexible and efficient infrastructure, stimulating the development of innovative applications. This research primarily focuses on Taiwan’s telecommunications industry, using competitive analysis tools from management science. It analyzes the three dimensions of country, industry, and enterprise, and examines case companies’ strategies in response to the 5G era, including technology, business models, market resources, competitor profiles, and growth innovation. The goal is to formulate optimal competitive strategies for Taiwan’s telecommunications companies in the B5G era and explore how these innovative strategies can facilitate corporate transformation and upgrades to meet the demands of the digital age.
