dc.description.abstract | The proposed business is an indoor volleyball and badminton court rental business in Hong Kong. Hong Kong''s demand for indoor sports facilities is rising, especially among the younger generations who are becoming more concerned in sports and fitness. However, the current supply of the indoor sports facilities provided by the government cannot meet the high demand. By providing a high-quality, easy-to-access indoor volleyball court, the company will take advantage of this trend.
Additionally, the business (BVC) will focus on diversifying its services by not just simply providing venue to generate additional revenue streams. The initial investment to start the business includes leasing an appropriate location, buying and installing the necessary equipment, and marketing and advertising the company to acquire new customers. Hourly court rentals as well as supplemental services like training programs will form the foundation of the revenue stream of the business model. This indoor volleyball court business offers a special chance to offer high quality indoor sporting facilities in the Hong Kong market. It will establish a strong position in the market and achieve long-term success by building on its strengths, correcting any potential weaknesses, utilizing potential opportunities, and limiting potential risks. | en |
