臺灣農業記者之專業培養與專業性累積

Abstract

農業新聞過往不被重視，近年來隨著農業專業媒體的出現及專業記者投入，農業領域的價值與重要性逐漸被看見，主流媒體也開始關注農業新聞。本研究納入「專家生手理論」，鎖定台灣農業記者，以深度訪談法觀察農業記者如何從生手到專家，及如何累積其專業性。本研究發現農業新聞的重要性日益提升，且記者的核心價值強調真實、公正與公共利益。專業記者對於生手記者的專業培養提供很大的幫助，組織提供課程、培訓亦有助於記者的專業成長。另外，專業性是驅動記者持續保持熱忱的關鍵，使記者願意長期投身農業新聞領域。

Agricultural journalism was historically overlooked, but in recent years, with the emergence of specialized agricultural media and the involvement of professional journalists, the value and importance of the agricultural sector have gradually come to the forefront. Mainstream media has also started to pay attention to agricultural news. This study incorporates the "Expert-Novice Theory," focusing on Taiwanese agricultural journalists and utilizing in-depth interviews to observe how they transition from novices to experts and accumulate their professionalism. The research reveals a growing significance of agricultural news, with journalists emphasizing core values of truth, fairness, and public interest. Professional journalists play a crucial role in cultivating the professional capabilities of novice journalists, and organizational offerings such as courses and training contribute to the professional growth of journalists. Furthermore, professionalism is identified as a key driver that enables journalists to sustain their passion, encouraging them to dedicate themselves to the field of agricultural journalism over the long term.
