dc.description.abstractThis paper examines the effect of digital transformation on the enterprise through the case study of a mobile SaaS company. In the current dynamic and rapidly changing digital landscape, businesses are increasingly leveraging technologies to transform their operations, improve efficiency, to gain a competitive edge. This research investigates the impact of digital transformation initiatives on various aspects of enterprise performance, including operational efficiency, customer experience, and business model transformation.

This case study focuses on a mobile SaaS company, exploring the company’s digital transformation journey, the motivations behind the transformation, and the specific strategies and actions taken to drive the transformation process. This paper interviewed several key stakeholders of the case company to share their experiences, opinions and observations.

The findings of the case study shed light on the effectiveness of digital transformation efforts in driving positive outcomes for the mobile SaaS company. The analysis reveals digital transformation is an evolving effort, is driven by the voice of the customer, is key to sustainability development, the importance of partnership, the importance of entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, and adopting agile scrum methodologies to adapt to the changing market dynamics. The findings serve as a guide for mobile SaaS companies and other enterprises considering or undergoing digital transformation, aiding in decision-making, resource allocation and the development of effective strategies to not only survive but also thrive in the digital era.
