摘要: | 本文研究想了解台灣就業環境中,就業者所具備的特徵對於成為典型就業者的影響。本文主要是以工作性質作為主軸,來探討非典型就業對於未來就業性質選擇的影響,並且討論非典型就業是否能夠成為就業者轉換到典型就業的跳板。在選定不同變數下,本文研究典型就業者與非典型就業者分別對於未來的工作性質的選擇是否有所差異,並且透過此差異來呈現這二者間轉換的實際狀況。本文使用2018年以及2020年家庭動態調查的數據,透過機率單位模型估計個人經濟特性對於2020年成為典型就業者的機率影響效果。本文發現非典型就業對於轉換為典型就業有一定的負面影響,並非跳板,甚至可能成為阻礙。 This research aims to gain a deeper understanding of the employment environment in Taiwan, specifically exploring the influence of characteristics of employees on their transition to regular employment. The study examines whether non-regular employment can serve as a medium for individuals to transition to regular employment. The research also compares the differences in the choices of future work characteristics between regular and non-regular employees, presenting the actual conditions of transition between the two. The research data derived from the 2018 and 2020 Panel Study of Family Dynamics, estimating the effects of individual economic characteristics on the probability of becoming a regular employee in 2020 through a probit model. The findings suggest that non-regular employment has a certain negative impact on transitioning to regular employment, indicating that it is not a favorable medium for transition and may even act as an obstacle. |
