Healthcare is a huge part of a country and economy, and even more significant to us human being. We all longed for a great and efficient healthcare system in the country we live in. In this thesis we are focusing on the health care system and how can this business plan help to bridge the unmet needs in improving patients’ problems and elevating patients experience. There are huge patient unmet needs in visiting a hospital, and after consultation with a physician, most doctors and nurses do not have time to have proper patient support care due to the high influx of patient load in hospitals in Singapore. The healthcare industry as traditionally focusing on physician and products (i.e medication, therapies etc.). We inspire to move towards bringing the patient to the center of care experiences. As pharmaceutical companies move deeper into the launch of newer, better, and more innovative treatment drugs, treatment therapies like cell and gene therapies, comprehensive Patient Support Program (PSP) will be required. It is not going to be just a pill a patient eats, but far more complex therapies whereby patient requires increased time of counselling, management of adverse events that accompany such complex therapies. There are huge business opportunities where we can identify, due to the governance and limitations and ethics and compliance guidance on pharmaceutical companies, there are many things they have limitation to provide. This is where our PSP company can come into place, bridging the gap between pharmaceutical companies and Healthcare providers (hospitals), to provide the best care to patients.en
