從整合理論討論中港關係困境： 二次大戰後香港菁英的角色轉變

Abstract

本文透過整合理論擴溢效益發現到「『菁英、利益團體們』是驅動整合進展關鍵，並且促使整合得以擴大並形成『擴溢』」，由此來討論香港菁英、資本家在面對中港關係進展下，如何發揮影響力以及角色變化。因此本文將爬梳自二次大戰以來中港關係的變化，來探詢出香港菁英、資本家如何獲得相較於一般香港市民更高的政治地位及利益。並由此來看待到近年來，香港資本家、菁英如何面對佔中運動、反送中運動這些香港高度爭議事件。

而香港資本家、菁英大多掌握了香港各大報章媒體，同時香港報章媒體在歷史的發展下擁有了相對多元立場及背景的報章。因此本文選擇了《蘋果日報》、《明報》、《大公報》及《文匯報》等四份立場鮮明的報紙，來進行討論。在研究方法上採取內容分析法，以西元2019年「反送中運動」11月份校園衝突為時間點，來篩選大公報、文匯報、明報、香港蘋果日報在此期間社論。期望可以由社論篇數、標題乃至內文，來討論這四份立場鮮明的報紙在面對反送中運動時會有甚麼報導差異。

This Thesis utilizes on The Integration Theory’s Spill-over to realize “The Elites and Interest Groups are the key point of how the integration can be successful.”. Moreover, to discuss how the elites and capitalists to make their influences and roles changing during the relationship evolutions between China and Hong Kong. This Thesis organizes the relationship evolutions between China and Hong Kong since World War II, to find out how the elites and captialists to gain higher political positions and interests than Hong Kong civilians, in order to look into how they react to the recently highly controversial events such as the the Occupy Central with Love and Peace in 2014 and the Anti-Extradition Law Amendment Bill Movement in 2019.

These capitalists and elites also have most of the ownerships of Hong Kong mass media, at the time by then, the mass media in Hong Kong had relatively much more standpoint in diversity. Therefore, this thesis choose four iconic newspapers: Ming-Pao, Apple Daily, Ta-Kung-Pao and Wen-Wei-Pao to make further discussions. This Thesis implements textual analysis in research method, and is focus on the timing of the Anti-Extradition Law Amendment Bill Movement in 2019, and screen the context of the four selected newspapers during that period, in order to further analyze the differences of standpoint of these four selected newspapers during that critical moment.
