| dc.description.abstract | 永續發展的議題日益迫切，本研究認為過往從企業社會責任、企業變革和轉型等理論不足以支援企業和社會真正朝向永續發展，期望運用新興跨領域的永續轉型學門的理論工具，從檢視高耗能企業轉型的過程，分析轉型的影響因子，以個案做理論驗証，歸納研究發現，並找出適合台灣企業永續轉型的why-what-how的路徑規劃。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The issue of sustainable development is becoming increasingly urgent, however, this thesis argues that previous theories such as corporate social responsibility, corporate transformation theory are insufficient to support true sustainable development for both businesses and society.
It hopes that emerging interdisciplinary theories and tools of sustainable transition can be utilized to examine the process of transition in high-energy-consuming enterprises, analyze the factors influencing transition, validate the theories through case study, summarize research findings, and identify a suitable path for sustainable transition for Taiwanese companies who can find their own pathway using the "why-what-how" approach. | en |
