摘要: 本研究是基於專利分析的專利量化指標與主路徑分析方法,探討非平面顯示裝置的轉軸技術專利趨勢及演進脈絡。非平面顯示裝置包含OLED、AMOLED、Mini LED、Micro LED新興顯示技術,其具有彎曲、可捲曲或可折疊的螢幕,可以實現更靈活和創新的顯示形式,轉軸構件在此類顯示裝置中扮演著關鍵角色,它可讓用戶自由調整和變換顯示螢幕的形狀和方向,以適應不同的應用場景和用途。
研究中首先對現有的非平面顯示裝置轉軸技術專利進行收集。確認關鍵專利文獻探索出關鍵字,並使用美國專利局數據庫檢索出轉軸技術專利,運用專利數量分析,研究此技術發展趨勢、國家及專利權人研發生產力、技術分布樣態。再經由專利主路徑分析挖掘現況關鍵技術與演進過程,藉此增強技術預測的有效性及全面性,為企業的技術策略、未來技術發展及應用方向提供參考依據。
研究數據顯示,專利量化分析資訊說明轉軸技術領域呈現持續成長趨勢,對於推動產業發展和技術創新具有重要意義,從研究中的專利數量觀察美國、韓國專利權人在非平面顯示裝置轉軸技術的表現上領先各國,隨著非平面顯示裝置的需求成長,轉軸技術領域吸引來自全球多個企業投入相關研究,韓國在此技術專利較集中於特定公司,反觀美國投入研究的公司多但較為分散,就技術脈絡演進分布可得知轉軸技術仍在持續流動擴張中,並未有技術收斂情況,技術應用層面的演進走向Portable Device,因顯示裝置趨向使用者便於攜帶及移動功能,間接說明非平面顯示裝置之轉軸結構也將朝向輕量化、微型化、精密化設計,建議投入此技術領域之企業可朝此方向研擬技術研發策略。
This study is based on the patent quantitative index and main path analysis method of patent analysis, and explores the patent trend and evolution of the hinge technology of non-flat display devices. Non-planar display devices include OLED, AMOLED, Mini LED, and Micro LED emerging display technologies, which have curved, rollable or foldable screens, which can achieve more flexible and innovative display forms. The hinge member plays a role in this type of display device. Key role, it allows users to freely adjust and change the shape and orientation of the display screen to suit different application scenarios and uses.
In the research, the existing non-planar display device shaft technology patents are collected first. Confirm the key patent documents to explore keywords, and use the US Patent Office database to search for the patent of the rotating shaft technology, and use the patent quantity analysis to study the development trend of this technology, the R&D productivity of the country and the patentee, and the technology distribution pattern. Then through the analysis of the main path of patents, the current key technologies and evolution process are excavated, so as to enhance the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of technology predictions, and provide reference for enterprises' technology strategies, future technology development and application directions.
Research data shows that patent quantitative analysis information shows that the field of hinge technology is showing a continuous growth trend, which is of great significance for promoting industrial development and technological innovation. From the number of patents under study, we can observe the performance of US and Korean patentees in the hinge technology of non-planar display devices Leading countries in the world, with the growing demand for non-flat display devices, the field of hinge technology has attracted many companies from all over the world to invest in related research. South Korea’s technology patents are more concentrated in specific companies. In contrast, the United States has many companies that invest in research but are relatively scattered. The distribution of technology evolution shows that the hinge technology is still in continuous flow and expansion, and there is no technical convergence. The evolution of the technology application level is towards Portable Device, because the display device tends to be easy for users to carry and move, which indirectly shows that the non-flat display device The shaft structure will also be designed towards lightweight, miniaturization, and precision. It is suggested that companies investing in this technology field can develop technology research and development strategies in this direction.
