國中公民科教師對108課綱之認知與因應

Abstract

《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱》於2014年11月發布，並於108年正式實施，故又稱為「108課綱」。其相關改革引起社會大眾之關注。筆者欲透過本研究了解第一線公民教師對108課綱之看法及其如何面對新課綱。透過質性研究深入訪談八位教師，並就108課綱之爭議點了解老師如何看待新課綱之改變。研究發現教師對新課綱之認知並無明顯誤解，與教育部之落差在於個人之詮釋與意願，並就其認同與否影響教學行為之改變，同時亦受外在環境因素所左右而轉化為最終教學實踐。

“Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education” was released in November 2014 and officially implemented in 108 of the Republic of China calendar, so it is also known as the “108 Curriculum”. It’s related reform has aroused public concern. Through this research, I want to understand the views of teachers on the 108 curriculum and how to face it. Through qualitative research, eight teachers were interviewed in depth, and the controversial points of the 108 curriculum network were discussed to understand how the teachers faced the changes of the 108 curriculum. It is found that there is no obvious misunderstanding of teachers’ cognition of 108 curriculum, and the differences between teachers and ministry of education lies in their personal interpretation and willingness, and whether they agree or not affects the change of teaching behavior, which is also influenced by external environmental factors and translated into the final teaching.
