dc.description.abstract | 2022年被很多人稱爲AI繪圖元年,這是因爲在這年商品化的AI繪圖軟體開始在市場上推出,同時“Théâtre D’opéra Spatial”也在藝術大賽上獲獎,普羅大衆開始意識到AI繪圖軟體的時代開始了。ChatGPT在短短的兩個月内就獲得1億名用戶,這標準著生成式AI的使用開始普及。作爲AIGC的其中一個領域,AI繪圖軟體也開始獲得大衆更多的關注且願意嘗試的使用者也增加。隨著使用者的增加,科技巨頭及創業家們也開始湧入這一市場。
在上個世紀個人電腦開始普及時,台灣的創業家們抓住了這一波科技浪潮,為台灣在硬體市場的全球領先地位建立了堅實的基礎。依據目前的市場情況,AI似乎將會帶來又一次的科技革命,台灣人是否能再次抓到新的一波科技革命所提供的機會將會對台灣的總體經濟及國際競爭力產生重大的影響。作爲生成式AI的其中一個領域,AI繪圖軟體行業也將向台灣人提供大量的商業機會。 作爲一個新興行業,大衆對於AI繪圖軟體之瞭解較爲有限,故本文會先定義何爲AI繪圖,再對其背後之技術進行介紹。在針對目前AI繪圖軟體的行業概況形式説明後,本文將使用五力分析來介紹目前AI繪圖軟體行業的產業競爭概況。接下來本文將通過個案研究法以Midjourney為主要研究對象,來探討做爲目前AI繪圖軟體行業最成功的公司之一,其所使用的商業模式爲何。最後本論文將通過價值網分析以Midjourney為例來探討AI繪圖產業中不同組織間的競爭及合作關係。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Many people recognize 2022 as the first year of AI image generator industry, since it is the year when first time in human history that there were commercialized AI image generators been introduced to the market. Moreover, it is also the year which AI generated artwork “Théâtre D’opéra Spatial” won in an art competition. Public started to realize that the era of AI image generator had begun. Within two months ChatGPT had acquired more than 100 million users, this is the evident that ordinary people had begun to use generative AI in their daily lives. AI image generator also received more public attention and users with the increased user of generative AI technology. Following the sharp increase in the number of users of AI image generators, tech giants and entrepreneurs started to enter into AI image generator industry.
Currently Taiwan is the leader in the hardware industry, this is because Taiwanese entrepreneurs had invested a huge number of resources during the time when the personal computer became common in every household. Based on current market conditions, AI will possibly lead the next round of technology revolution. It will be essential for Taiwanese to grab the opportunity in this new wave of technology. As an area of generative AI, AI image generator industry will also provide lot of business opportunities to Taiwanese. As an emerging industry, public have very little understanding about AI image generator industry. Due to this reason, this research will first discuss about what is AI image generator. Then the technology behind AI image generators will be discussed. After the current market situation of AI image generator industry had been introduced, this research will use Porter’s five forces model to analysis AI image generator industry. Moreover, this article will use Midjourney, one of the most successful companies in this industry, as the sample for the case study approach to introduce the business model used by Midjourney. Finally, this research will use the value net model to discuss how do different organizations cooperate and compete in AI image generator industry. | en |
