| dc.description.abstract | 俄烏戰爭引發全世界關注，造成的國際影響不容小覷。中國雖不是參戰國家，但由於中國和俄烏兩國的政治經濟權力關係，乃至美中對峙的因素，其國家利益都與俄烏戰爭息息相關。因此，中國政府透過媒體管制，在境內形塑了一場符合國家利益、宣揚民族主義的俄烏戰爭。
本研究採用van Gorp的框架包裹分析方法，結合量化新聞框架分析與質化分析，聚焦中國兩家極具影響力的網路媒體人民網、澎湃新聞對於俄烏戰爭報導建構上的差異，並以同一特定事件的闡述比對網路言論。研究發現，兩家媒體在報導形式、消息來源、報導主題、內容框架上都存在差異，但兩家媒體之立場方向均以中性、無立場的報導方式為主。而中國政府對於所有媒介的意識形態操控，仍在不同新聞事件中體現。 本研究針對樣本提煉出「衝突框架」、「責任歸屬框架」、「經濟影響框架」、「道德框架」四類大框架，其中「責任歸屬框架」和「經濟影響框架」下再細分數個次框架。兩家媒體在此新聞報導中最常使用的為「衝突框架」，此外，人民網頻繁使用「責任歸屬框架」以對戰爭進行歸責。結合框架化裝置及推理裝置、潛在的文化背景現象，發現中國媒體對此事件的闡述，以兩邊不得罪的基本原則為主，進而假借俄烏戰爭，建構反美、反西方的新聞平台。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | For the entire international community, the Russia-Ukraine war made a splash worldwide. For China, such a conflict is inextricably linked to its national interests due to China's political and economic power relations with these two countries, as well as the confrontation between the United States and China, although China is not a party in this war. As a result, the Chinese government shaped the war that was in the national interest and promoted nationalism through media regulation.
This thesis adopts van Gorp's frame package analysis method, combined with quantitative news frame analysis and qualitative analysis, focusing on the constructional differences of reports on the war by the two influential online media: People's Daily Online and The Paper and compare the comments on the Internet with the interpretation of the same specific event. This thesis found that the two media differed in the form of reporting, sources of news, themes of reporting, and content frame, but their positions were mainly neutral and non-positional. However, Chinese government’s ideological manipulation of all media is still visible in various news event. This thesis will present and analyze four main frames: "conflict," "responsibility," "economic", and "moral", among which "responsibility" and "economic" are subdivided into several frame. In their news reports, the two media outlets most frequently use the "conflict" frame. Alongside that, People's Daily Online frequently employs the "responsibility" frame to assign responsibility for the war. Combining framing device, reasoning device, and potential cultural background phenomena, it is found that the Chinese media's explanation of this event is mainly based on the basic principle of not offending both sides and then under the guise of the war, construct an anti-American and anti-Western news platform. | en |
