應用層級分析法評估進入企業資源規劃服務國際市場之決策分析

Abstract

由於筆者在 2015 年完成A公司首件在華文區外的 ERP ( 企業資源規劃 )系統銷售，A公司於2016 年成立國際事業部， 並於2018 年與泰國 S集團成立合資公司。確立以泰國為東南亞 ERP 市場之推展基地，朝東南亞第一ERP系統商的目標邁進。回顧此一過往經歷，在市場、產品及服務面等的多重考量下，選定在泰國成立分公司的決策過程，應該可以藉由層級分析法 (Analytical Hierarchy Process; AHP)予以科學化的衡量，或可為未來在其他區域設立公司決策之依循標準。

Due to the author completed the sales of Company A’s first ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system outside the Chinese-speaking district in 2015, Company A established an international business department in 2016, and established a joint venture with Thailand’s S Group in 2018. Established Thailand as the promotion base for the ERP market in Southeast Asia, moving towards the goal of being the first ERP system provider in Southeast Asia. Looking back on this past experience, under the multiple considerations of the market, products and services, the decision-making process of establishing a branch in Thailand should be scientifically measured by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), or it can be used as a standard to follow for the decision-making of enterprises establishing bases in other regions in the future.
