dc.description.abstract | 近年來,新冠肺炎疫情帶來的衝擊甚大,各行各業都受到莫大的影響,除去經濟、醫療等層面,受到最大波及的無不是製造業,在這個防疫的重要時刻下各國政府採取許多措施,如停工停產、鎖國封城等,讓製造業沒辦法穩定的生產與供應,另外運輸的不確定性,如港口與轉運港堵塞、貨櫃需求大增,亦使得海運的運輸時間大幅拉長,海運的運費與報關費等費用倍增等,都讓製造業身受其害;而食品製造業因為食品相關產品的有效期限短,更需要考量到時效性以及存貨,總結上述,良好的庫存管理與政策,是食品製造業最重要的課題。
本研究將目標放在考量運輸不確定性,存貨與訂貨政策調整模式之研究,藉由個案公司國外工廠的到貨資料、客戶訂貨資料、第三方倉庫的資料等,針對不同指標選擇重點SKU作為探討對象,分析在重要影響因子(前置時間、最小訂貨量)下存貨政策應如何調整,並利用指標比較個案公司現行的庫存政策與本研究所提出之存貨控制系統,最後給出存貨策略上的建議與管理意涵。 在本研究所提出之存貨控制系統下,對於運輸不確定性造成前置時間的增加有不錯的因應,雖然前置時間的增加讓補貨的機制更趨向保守,但是存貨與訂貨政策的相關參數之調整,讓選定的SKU只會小幅的增加商品庫存數,並同時減少缺貨數,達到良好的服務水準,在庫存成本的部分也相較現行的存貨政策降低許多,因此,本研究提出之存貨控制系統,使得個案公司可以達到好的服務水準亦可以降低庫存成本。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In recent years, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has been heavier. Except for the economic and medical aspects, the most affected is the manufacturing industry. Most governments took many measures against the impact such as the shutdown of production, the closure of the country and the city, etc., making it impossible for the manufacturing industry to stabilize production and supply. In addition, transportation uncertainty, such as port and transshipment port blockage, demand for containers significantly increased. The above reasons also dramatically lengthened the shipping time. The manufacturing industry suffered from all the above impacts. However, the food manufacturing industry needs to consider the timeliness and inventory due to the short validity period of food-related products. To sum up the above, good inventory management and policies are the most critical issues in the food manufacturing industry.
This study aimed to consider the uncertainty of transportation, the research on the adjustment mode of inventory and ordering policies and selected key SKUs as the object of discussion according to different indicators based on the foreign factory production data, customer ordering data and the third-party warehouse’s data. It analyzed how inventory policy should be adjusted under the important influencing factors (lead time, minimum order quantity) and made use of the indicators to compare the current inventory policy of the company with the inventory control system proposed by this study. Finally, it delivered the inventory strategy recommendations and management implications. The inventory control system proposed in this study performed better to the increase in lead time caused by transportation uncertainty. Although the increase in lead time made the replenishment mechanism more conservative, the adjustment of related parameters of inventory and ordering policies will make the selected SKU only slightly increase the number of goods in stock but reduce the number of out-of-stock at the same time. Implementing the new inventory policy can achieve a better service level and lower inventory costs than the current inventory policy. | en |
