In this thesis, the business plan for a QR code cloud-based access control system analyzes the project’s feasibility based on several analytical methods. The thesis consists of six sections. Firstly, people’s lifestyles have fundamentally changed due to the pandemic, which has accelerated the advancement of existing technologies. In this thesis, a new QR code cloud-based access control system will be presented, analyzed, and recommended as the latest and most effective entrance access control solution. The second part analyzes the overview of the current access control system market and the Covid-19 pandemic’s impact and explores the present market and product segmentation in-depth. Porter’s Five Forces analysis examines the strategic direction of the existing access control system market. The third part introduces the current company background, vision, and product market. The fourth part presents the prototype and the functions of QR code cloud-based access control systems. The paper depicts the value proposition map through interviews with companies that look to benefit from this system. Fifth, this paper presents the SWOT analysis to analyze the product’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Lastly, this study combines the abovementioned methods to map the business process canvas. Finally, the thesis concludes that the business plan for the QR code cloud-based access control system is well constructed, and the system is adequately positioned to generate success and growth in the future.
