dc.description.abstract | 乳製品為重要的動物來源食品,更作為嬰兒配方奶最主要的原料並提供其成長所需營養成分,因此「從牧場到餐桌」(From farm to table)由源頭到產品整體生產鏈的安全把關,也是近年來國際關注的重要議題,更是體現「防疫一體」(One Health) 人類、動物、環境彼此密不可分、須共同維護健康的焦點之一。本研究主要目的為研析有機酪農業與嬰兒配方奶在臺灣、日本、法國(歐盟)之現行法規政策。藉由比較三個國家的規範及架構,探討不同文化歷史背景所形成各自的發展現況,針對臺灣、日本、法國三者之間法規異同處提供統整性的資訊。本研究期以分析法規體系並串聯有機畜牧生產與保障嬰幼兒健康安全之兩大領域主軸,另涉略嬰兒液態配方奶(嬰兒專用配方奶水)在日本與歐洲緊急應變方案中作為救援物資的產品開發歷程,提供臺灣相關政策借鏡,並為全球推動永續酪農業與乳品業的未來發展貢獻一份心力。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The main scope of this study is to list the regulatory requirements existing in the laws of Taiwan, Japan, and France (European Union) for organic dairy products and infant formula. The study aims to assess the regulations in each country and add to the knowledge about the current situation on the legal framework with respect to the different historical and cultural backgrounds that contribute to its development. Moreover, it helps to provide valuable information to professionals interested in understanding the convergences and divergences of the compared legislation. This research presents regulatory systems evolving the global macro trends in the organic market to protect children’s health and develop sustainable dairy production. | en |
