| dc.description.abstract | 由於 Covid-19,許多業務已關閉,工廠和倉庫無法再運營。有效且知情的供應鏈在繼續生產產品和滿足客戶需求方面發揮著重要作用。公司需要了解製造鏈的影響,從而影響運營路線、運營計劃、延遲時間和交期。 本論文提出在岸與離岸製造鏈的一個比較模式。本研究的目的是根據加工時間、運營成本和利潤比較 16 種不同的生產路線。 為了生成這些製造鏈的最佳方法,本研究調查在岸與離岸製造鏈的影響。本研究包括兩個製造地點,每個地點有四個製造階段。本研究從比較兩條路線開始,並依靠我們獲得的原始處理時間數據來觀察現金流和 NPV。根據現金流和 NPV 數據計算其他路線的表現。最後,本研究開發了比較模型的最佳方法。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Due to the Covid-19 virus, non-essential businesses have been shut down, and many factories and warehouses can no longer operate. An effective and informed supply chain plays an essential part in continuing to produce products and meeting customer demand. Companies need to understand the manufacturing chain's impacts, thus affecting operations routes, operation schedules, delay time, and delivery. This thesis presents a comparison model for the Onshore, Offshore and Mixed Manufacturing Chain. One purpose of this study is to compare sixteen different production routes according to the processing time, operating cost, and profit. To generate the best method of these manufacturing chains, this study investigates the impact of onshore, offshore and mixed manufacturing chains. This study consists of two manufacturing locations, each with four manufacturing stages. This study starts by comparing two routes and relies on the original processing time data we get to observe the cash flow and NPV. Following the cash flow and NPV data calculates the other routes' performance. Finally, we develop the best method of the comparison model. | en |
