| 摘要: | 鳳梨為台灣重要的經濟果樹之一,不論在年產量、產值、外銷量和外銷值等,均居果樹單一品項之冠。然而台灣受限於本身的地理位置因素,再加上近年來工業科技愈加發達,伴隨著台灣社會結構的變化,同時面臨國際貿易自由化的衝擊,國內傳統農業逐漸轉型往智慧農業發展。鳳梨產業亦導入省工栽培的方法,以增強其國際競爭力,促進產業的永續發展。因此本研究致力於使用電腦輔助設計一鳳梨苗修整機構之進出料裝置,以降低生產成本及提高作業效率與產品質量。 本研究使用電腦輔助軟體SolidWorks設計一鳳梨苗修整機構之進出料裝置。首先對機構進行建模設計,而後使用SolidWorks Motion做動態運動模擬,並分別評估進出料裝置之可行性,最後整合鳳梨苗修整機與設計之進出料裝置,討論整體的運作狀況、成效分析和比較。 進料裝置設計採用滾輪式與皮帶式輸送帶將芽苗送入鳳梨苗修整機,代替手動餵料的過程,減少人力成本及手動送料發生職災意外的風險。出料裝置設計結合半自動打包機,收集鳳梨苗修整機修剪過後的芽苗並對其進行打包處理。透過設計以上進出料裝置,交由機器半自動化處理,將整道修整鳳梨苗的工序規劃成一道流水線作業。減少傳統手動修整芽苗的勞力與時間成本,亦能有效避免此重複性高的程序導致工安職災意外的發生,並大幅提升作業效率,以及優化產品質量。 Pineapple is one of the most important economic fruit trees in Taiwan. It ranks first among the single fruit trees in terms of annual output, output value, export sales and export value. However, Taiwan is limited by its own geographical location, coupled with the increasingly developed industrial technology in recent years, along with the changes in Taiwan's social structure and the impact of international trade liberalization, domestic traditional agriculture has gradually transformed into smart agriculture. The pineapple industry has also introduced labor-saving cultivation methods to enhance its international competitiveness and promoted the sustainable development of the industry. Therefore, this study is devoted to the use of computer-aided design of the inlet and outlet device of the pineapple seedling trimming machine to not only reduce production costs but also improve operational efficiency and product quality. In this study, the computer-aided software SolidWorks was used to design the feeding and discharging device of the pineapple seedling trimming machine. First, model and design the mechanism. Next, we use SolidWorks Motion to do dynamic motion simulation, then we evaluate the feasibility of the feeding and discharging device respectively. Finally, we integrate the pineapple seedling trimming machine with the designed inlet and outlet device, and discuss the overall operation status, effect analysis and comparison. The design of the feeding device adopts roller and belt conveyor to send the pineapple seedlings into the pineapple seedling trimming machine, instead of the manual feeding process, reducing labor costs and the risk of occupational accidents caused by manual feeding. The design of the discharging device is combined with the semi-automatic baler to collect the pineapple seedlings trimmed by the pineapple seedling trimming machine and pack them promptly. By designing the inlet and outlet device, handing it over to the machine for semi-automatic processing, the whole process of trimming pineapple seedlings is planned to be an assembly line operation. Reducing the labor and time cost of traditional manual trimming of pineapple seedlings can also effectively avoid the occurrence of industrial safety and occupational accidents caused by this highly repetitive procedure, greatly improve work efficiency, and optimize product quality. |
