| zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In the context of the rapid development of information and communication, while changing the collective work mode of traditional enterprises or organizations, information and communication also promotes innovative changes in the way and space of cross-domain innovation activities and knowledge exchange. The location selection and office space are more flexible, resulting in the emergence of many new types of co-working spaces and entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, observing this phenomenon, this study takes the co-working space in Taipei City as the object of discussion to understand the impact of the co-working space as a collaborative activity of entrepreneurs gathering in the city on entrepreneurs in different stages of entrepreneurial activities in recent years. It also attempts to respond to the relationship between co-working spaces and theories of geographic and non-geographical proximity, knowledge exchange, and community atmosphere. Based on this, this study conducted participatory observations on different types of co-working spaces, and conducted interviews with entrepreneurs who participated in co-working spaces at different entrepreneurial stages, in order to understand the interaction between entrepreneurs and different types of co-working spaces. Through the above research data, this study found that the co-working space can provide the space and resources needed by entrepreneurs at different stages in the entrepreneurial process through the characteristics of geographical proximity, and through the spatial arrangement of the office environment and a series of institutional designs, Entrepreneurs from different majors and entrepreneurial stages are gathered to interact in a temporary co-working space. At the same time, under the influence of different forms of proximity, this kind of interaction process is not only conducive to the face-to-face knowledge exchange and collaboration of entrepreneurs, but also promotes the generation of a sense of community, enabling entrepreneurs to establish emotional and trusting connections with each other, opening up more The possibility of multi-project cooperation. | en |
