有色肉雞電動屠宰場發展冷凍倉儲之研究

Abstract

有色肉雞產業因為缺乏垂直整合，從活雞到屠宰場非常依賴運銷業者。但是運銷業者通常不具備電宰設備，以致無法有效調節市場供需。本研究擬聚焦在運銷業者的功能，藉由探討目前有色肉雞產業的經營現況，討論運銷業者與電動屠宰場合作增設冷凍倉儲的可行性。 本研究先運用「波特五力」分析運銷業者在產業的競爭力，進而提出投資電動屠宰場增設醒行冷凍倉儲的建議。本研究最先針對冷凍倉儲設備空間的規劃、設計來探討讓有色肉雞運銷業者可以從冷凍倉儲設備所可以儲存的屠體數量來進行基礎推算並評估。本研究藉由資本預算決策方式讓運銷業者檢視初期所需要的基礎硬體設施、輔助軟體設備、人事開銷與營運所需要的流動資金與總投入成本來計算並評估個案投資的可行性，並帶入不同的條件情況分析對效益的影響。根據分析結果顯示運銷業者投資電動屠宰場增設冷凍倉儲是可行方案，但必須審慎評估資金來源。長遠而言，可以朝冷鏈物流發展以帶動有色肉雞產業的發展。

Because of the lack of vertical integration, the colored broiler industry relies heavily on distributors to transport live chickens to the slaughters. However, distributors usually do not have electric slaughtering equipment, so they have difficulties to adjust market supply and demand effectively. This study intends to focus on the functions of distributors, by discussing the current operating status of colored broiler industry, and the feasibility of cooperation between distributors and electric slaughters to add cold storage. This study uses the 'Porter's Five Forces' to analyze the competitiveness of distributors in the industry. This study uses the capital budgeting decision method based on information on expenses of basic hardware facilities, auxiliary software equipment, personnel expenses, the working capital, and total investment cost required for the operation at the initial stage to calculate and evaluate the feasibility of the proposed investment. Additionally, scenarios analysis has been applied. Based on the analysis results, it is an attainable plan for distribution and sales operators to invest in electric slaughterhouses to add refrigerated storage, but the source of funds must be carefully evaluated. In the long run, this study can be further developed towards cold chain logistics to drive the transformation of the colored broiler industry.
