玩具腦STEM教育服務平台的商業企畫書—以多邊平台建構為核心

Abstract

根據美國教育部2020 年12 月份所公布了一份'PROGRESS REPORT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL STEM EDUCATION STRATEGIC PLAN'，內容中明確指出美國針對STEM 教育提出的核心願景以及三大目標。 本文提出對玩具腦整體商業模式架構，內容包含: 國際STEM 教育的現況、台灣幼兒STEM 教育的現況、台灣STEM 教玩具現況、台灣幼兒STEM 教育所遇到的問題、玩具腦整體多邊平台的營運方式、商業模式圖、獲利模式、以及如何設計完整的商業模組來應對解決目前遇到的問題。

According to a 'Progress Report on the Implementation of the Federal Cadre Education Strategic Plan' published by the U.S. Department of Education in December 2020, the content clearly pointed out the core goals and three major goals of the United States for STEM education.This article proposes the overall business model structure of the toy brain, including: thecurrent status of international STEM education, the current status of Taiwan’s early childhood STEM education, the current status of Taiwan’s STEM educational toys, the problems encountered in Taiwan’s early childhood STEM education, and the overallmultilateral platform operation of the toy brain , Business model diagram, profit model,and how to design a complete business module to solve the current problems.
