| dc.description.abstract | 物聯網是一個由網路來連結所有物品的裝置,這些設備能夠通過網絡傳輸數據而無需人與人之間的交流。各行各業的組織越來越多盼望物聯網能提高運營效率而提升客戶服務並更精準的做出決策且增加業務價值。物聯網為未來全球重要的發展技術之一。 本研究以問卷和深度訪談研究法為主,對於台灣的物聯網產業之發展與現象進行探討、分析、歸納與統整。本研究結果發現於一般民眾之間,物聯網之詞並非普遍且多數不知其用處和功能。而從專業人士角度來看,物聯網雖為必發展的科技之一,但始終無爆發性需求,而因此討論度不為高。從問卷發現多數民眾認為台灣目前僅位於初步開發階段,但對於智慧醫療和智慧家庭的應用為最有顯著性,但相較業者,已對於應用的服務情境有相當的掌握且具備領先的應用領域知識;不過,對於整體商業模式與期望的使用領域有所差異。本研究對台灣的物聯網在未來發展的方向上提出實務建議,期望未來台灣物聯網產業之發展將更加快速與豐富。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The Internet of Things (IoT) are physical objects that are embedded with sensors, software in order to connect and transmit data with other devices over the internet. Various companies and organizations are hoping that the Internet of Things can improve operational efficiency, customer service, make more accurate decisions, and increase business value. Internet of Things is one of the key technologies to be developed. This study uses questionnaires and in-depth interview as the main research method, further discuss, analyze, summarize, and integrate relevant research in Taiwan. The findings of this study shows that among the general public, the term IoT is not common, and most are unaware of its usefulness and functionality. As from the perspective of its professionals, even though it is a key technology, there hasn’t been an explosive demand. From the questionnaire, it is found that most people think Taiwan is only in the preliminary development stage, but the future application of smart medical and smart home is the most significant. Compared with the industry professional’s insights, they have a considerable grasp of the application service and have a leading field knowledge; however, there are differences in the overall business model and expected areas of application. This study puts forward suggestions in the future direction of IoT and hopes that the development of the Internet of Things industry in Taiwan will be more rapid and abundant in the future. | en |
