dc.description.abstract生物製藥公司研發階段的創新合作是提高創新漏斗模型至關重要的一環,為全面性的了解生物製藥公司的開放式創新力,本研究選擇以創新漏斗模型來探討生物製藥公司在研發三階段的外部合作樣態。本文首先從雅虎財金中選擇了2019年NYSE上市的23家生物製藥公司作為指標樣本,然後透過論文合作,專利合作,臨床試驗的合作數據,篩選出與其有密切合作的201家機構,最後以這224家機構為樣本,觀察其在研發三階段的外部合作樣態。在論文合作階段,研究發現開放式創新能力較強的生物製藥公司大多選擇與大學進行合作;在專利合作階段,開放式創新能力較強的生物製藥公司大多選擇與生物製藥公司進行合作;在臨床試驗合作階段,我們發現開放式創新能力較強的生物製藥公司選擇合作的機構類型是三階段中最廣泛的,合作對象包括有公司,大學,醫院以及研究所等等。因此,生物製藥公司在研發三階段的創新合作,研究發現了創新漏斗三階段的合作樣態特徵,分析探討了創新漏斗三階段合作機構的開放式創新以及開放式創新表現突出的機構在創新漏斗三階段合作對象的變化。zh_TW
