| dc.description.abstract | "背景：情境判斷測驗(Situational Judgment Test, SJT)過去已被應用在不少領域，國外運用SJT於醫學、牙醫、藥學等領域遴選人才及提供持續教育也越來越普遍，但將SJT應用於護理專業仍非常欠缺，且在臨床研究護理領域更有限，因此探討SJT於臨床試驗情境判斷之相關因素，具有新創性及重要性。臨床研究護理師(Clinical Research Nurse, CRN)人力需求日益升高，如何選用合適的人才是重要的議題，若能了解影響SJT表現之相關因素，或許可增CRN徵選人才之適切性及日後教育訓練課程設計的參考。SJT所反映的不僅是知識性的認知(cognitive knowledge)，也有需要綜合認知、態度、情意與經驗等多層面為基礎的情境判斷抉擇，因此本研究目的為探討SJT是否與基本背景、臨床試驗知能、神經質性格特質相關。 方法：本研究分成兩部分收集資料，一是橫斷式相關性研究，採用方便取樣收案方式，邀請CRN以紙本方式填寫問卷，問卷包含臨床研究護理師情境判斷測驗(Situational Judgment Test, SJT )、神經質性格特質量表及臨床研究知識評估題項；另一部分是前後測類實驗設計，採用教育介入措施，邀請CRN參加與SJT有關之教育訓練，並進行訓練前後測評估，以了解CRN的SJT得分表現是否受到一日工作坊所影響，資料以SPSS 22.0版進行描述性與推論性迴歸分析。 結果：本研究自2020年12月至2021年5月收案，共回收137份問卷，扣除7份無效問卷，有效問卷130份。研究發現臨床研究護理師情境判斷測驗(SJT)之問卷在內在一致性Cronbach’s α係數為0.653；再測信度也具可接受的穩定性。SJT難易度評估發現，平均難度指數0.649；平均鑑別度為0.258，顯示本SJT測驗選擇題試題的鑑別度屬於可接受範圍。CRN在神經質性格特質平均5.90±5.42分，低於過去文獻的常模值。CRN的情境判斷測驗總分以多元逐步線性迴歸分析獲得之最終模型可解釋33.4% (調整後R平方)變異量，模型中有七個變項因素與其SJT得分有顯著相關性(p<0.05)，包含(1)具臨床試驗相關知識、(2)具CRN-I專業認證、(3)在內科以外科別收案、(4)曾參與多國多中心臨床試驗、(5)最常參與臨床試驗期別為第一期、(6)臨床試驗相關教育訓練主要來源是醫院及(7)具碩士學位。由配對前後測發現，CRN接受一日SJT相關教育訓練工作坊，在SJT情境判斷表現沒有造成顯著差異。 結論：臨床研究護理師適用的情境判斷測驗題目具良好的信效度，且具有可接受的試題難度及試題鑑別度，SJT可作為臨床試驗團隊日後選才的輔助工具，藉由 SJT的得分，可評估CRN偏好意向，可提供給試驗團隊抉擇適切人才，SJT題本亦可用於教育訓練，培育CRN針對不同情境，做出與資深CRN專家們共識的行動選項，提升情境判斷能力，對於維護受試者安全及提升臨床試驗品質都是非常重要的。" | zh_TW |
