| dc.description.abstract | 燕麥 (Avena sativa L.) 為一具高營養價值的作物,其穀粒可作為人類食用的健康食品,植株亦可作為牧草供給畜牧業使用。在臺灣,因近年進口牧草的價格提高以及政府藉由政策推廣種植綠肥作物與牧草活化休耕地,給予了開發臺灣本土牧草一個契機,而燕麥便在此列。2019、2020、2021持續於國立臺灣大學農業試驗場之燕麥試驗田觀察到燕麥冠銹病的發生,其為燕麥重要病害之一,由真菌Puccinia coronata f. sp. avenae所引起,可造成燕麥的減產。了解發生於臺灣之燕麥冠銹病之生理小種種類及其毒性將有助於田間病害管理及日後抗銹病燕麥品系之育成。本研究引進國外收集、保存、純化、擴增、鑑定燕麥冠銹病之方法,將其調適並歸納為適合臺灣本土研究環境之研究流程。目前已測試出可在臺灣使用之病原菌收集及保存的方法,以及生理小種鑑定之辦法,且知悉臺灣本土的七個燕麥冠銹病分離株對於臺灣本土常用燕麥品系Swan與NTU Sel.1具有致病性。利用40個來自美國農業部具不同燕麥冠銹病抗性基因的燕麥鑑別品系,發現其中14個品系對臺灣的燕麥冠銹病分離株呈免疫或高度抗性反應,顯示該14個品系是有潛力作為未來臺灣燕麥抗病育種之抗病基因來源。以北美之奠基於16個鑑別品系的燕麥冠銹病分類方式可將我們收集的七個分離株分為三個生理小種:GBDG、BLBB、BBBB。而後續研究當中,若能從分子生物層面了解燕麥冠銹病之親緣關係,將有助於了解各年度發生之燕麥冠銹病族群變化以及臺灣與他國燕麥冠銹病之親緣關係。另一方面本試驗觀察到感病燕麥品系Marvelous於我們的試驗環境下(30-40℃)對臺灣本土燕麥冠銹病的感病程度皆不高,因此若能了解高溫對燕麥表現抗病性以及病原菌反應之影響,將助於完善本研究。 | zh_TW |
