dc.description.abstract"研究背景:自殺是重要的公共衛生議題,而自殺意念是自殺行為的強烈預測因子。人際連結以及從社會網絡中獲取的資源,也就是社會資本,可能預防易感受個體產生自殺意念。然而,過去社會資本與自殺意念之關聯性的研究,主要聚焦於老年及青少年族群,此外,也少有研究系統性地檢驗社會資本之不同構念與自殺意念的關聯性。 研究目的:本研究旨在探討台灣18-64歲的成年人中,認知、結構、網路,與連結等不同面向之社會資本與自殺意念的關聯性。 研究方法:資料來源為2018年全國物質使用調查(n=14,589,來自於174個鄉鎮市區),包含了自陳式社會資本變項以及過去一星期的自殺意念。使用投票率來測量鄉鎮市區層級的連結性社會資本。使用兩個層級的多階層羅吉斯迴歸分析個人層級不同面向的社會資本、以及鄉鎮市區層級的連結型社會資本,與自殺意念的關連性為何。 結果:經校正個人及區域層級共變項,以及社會資本各面向互相校正後,整體信任程度高(認知型社會資本)與社交圈較大(結構型社會資本)與較低勝算比之自殺意念相關(校正後勝算比及95%信賴區間分別為0.91, (0.83, 0.99),以及0.43, (0.32, 0.57));反之,整體組織參與程度高(結構型社會資本)與透過網路遊戲交友與較高勝算比之自殺意念相關(校正後勝算比及95%信賴區間分別為1.10, (1.04, 1.17),以及1.59, (1.20, 2.11)),鄉鎮市區層級連結型社會資本與自殺意念無關聯性存在。 結論:認知型(信任)及結構型(社會網絡)社會資本的某些面向為自殺意念之潛在保護因子,而組織參與及網路型社會資本則為潛在風險因子。"zh_TW
