| dc.description.abstract | 位於吉隆坡市中心的仙四師爺宮乃當地華人社群中最早出現的廟宇之一。19世紀中葉的雪蘭莪內戰（1867-1873）結束後，在代表惠州客家移民勢力的華人甲必丹葉亞來的倡議下，廟宇始建於1881年。值得關注的是，戰爭爆發前，仙師爺乃惠州客家人的保護神，戰後建廟並增祀四師爺以後，兩者漸而演變成當地跨祖籍群與跨方言群之神明。故本文從仙四師爺宮入手，以宏觀的視野分析廟宇作為文化權力網絡的一環，其如何與當地的華人甲必丹制度、雪蘭莪州議會制度，乃至後來廟宇的「受託人（trustee）」管理制度做連接，以呈現出19至20世紀華人社會權力結構的轉變。為此，本文將著重於分析1907年所發生的廟產訴訟案，以探究勝訴與敗訴雙方各自代表的新舊勢力交替。訴訟的判決規定由十二位不同籍貫的代表組成一個受託人組織。依其章程為廣府三位、惠州三位，福建、大埔、海南、潮州、廣西和嘉應各一位。據此，本文進一步探究這種跨祖籍群與跨方言群的受託人配額如何呈現出吉隆坡華人權力結構的轉變。接著，追溯英殖民法律中「trustee」概念的由來，以此釐清這種受託人管理制度如何成為吉隆坡華人移民與英殖民政府之間的一種新的合作平台。 | zh_TW |
