| dc.description.abstract | "研究背景：2019年底於全球開始擴散的COVID-19疫情，造成世界各地的醫療服務產生巨大的衝擊。然而，距今約20年前，我國也曾爆發全球性的傳染病疫情，當時(2002~2003年) 嚴重急性呼吸道症候群(severe acute respiratory syndrome, SARS)疫情期間的醫療利用，有大幅減少的情形。 研究目的：為了瞭解民眾是否會因對COVID-19疫情的恐懼，而影響其就醫行為，延遲一些非緊急手術與處置行為，本研究分析COVID-19疫情爆發後，病人於醫療院所執行非緊急手術及處置之等候時間是否有變化。 研究方法：使用統計軟體為SAS Enterprise Guide 7.1版，針對健保資料庫收載2019年1月1日至2020年12月31日期間之門、住診申報資料進行分析，並使用描述性統計與多變項統計等統計方法，分析COVID-19疫情前後非緊急手術與處置等候時間之變化。 研究結果：相較於COVID-19疫情爆發前(2019年)，2020年病人接受非緊急手術及處置之等候時間多為減少的情形，但進一步分析2020年上下半年的資料，2020年1~6月病人接受非緊急手術及處置之等候時間呈現增加的現象。 結論：COVID-19疫情爆發後，有延遲病人接受非緊急手術及處置之等候時間，顯示疫情可能會影響民眾就醫意願。" | zh_TW |
