| dc.description.abstract | "背景:隨著科技進步,智慧型手機已成為生活中密不可分的一部份。先前研究發現睡前手機使用與睡眠問題具關連。大學生族群是剛邁入成年階段的族群,其受家庭約束較小,亦對自我時間規劃較自由。在針對成年人所作之研究發現,年輕成年人有較長之平均手機螢幕使用時間及較頻繁之睡前手機使用,也凸顯出睡前手機使用行為在大學生族群的重要性。 目的:本研究之主要結果為減少睡前手機使用意圖、睡前手機使用時長;次要結果為睡眠品質,希望透過計劃行為理論,設計並執行大學生減少睡前手機使用之手機衛教簡訊介入。並評價此介入方案,是否能有效提升大學生減少睡前手機使用之意圖與實際行為,並增進其睡眠品質。 方法:本研究採立意取樣,透過研究者人際網絡可近性管道,選取臺灣四所大學中健康相關領域科系之學生,委託該系所成員於其臉書社團發佈招募文宣。有意參與者經報名程序後納入本研究。納入研究之參與者,透過「集束隨機分派實驗(Clustered Randomized Controlled Trial)」設計,以學校為單位隨機分派至實驗組與對照組,兩組別之學校單位比例為2:2;實驗組於前測的有效樣本數為76人;對照組為58人。介入為期四週,期間每日將發送手機簡訊一次,兩組分別會接收到「以計劃行為理論設計」及「一般提醒」之訊息,並透過匿名自陳式網路問卷,分別於介入開始前一週、結束後一週內及結束四週後,進行資料收集。透過探索性因素分析、描述性分析、雙變項分析、廣義估計方程式,檢視介入之成效,並了解計劃行為理論構念、背景變項與減少睡前手機使用意圖之關係。 結果:於前測時,實驗組與對照組之背景變項除居住狀況外,其餘皆未達統計顯著。經介入後,實驗組與對照組之減少睡前手機使用意圖、手機使用時長、睡眠品質分數之改變量並未達統計顯著水準。而計劃行為理論直接測量、間接測量構念與減少睡前手機使用意圖均呈現正相關,且與理論假設方向一致。當正向行為結果評價越高(Adjusted ß=0.09;95% CI=0.06, 0.12)、負向行為結果評價越高(Adjusted ß=0.05;95% CI=0.01, 0.08)、同輩之主觀規範越高(Adjusted ß=0.39 ;95% CI=0.17, 0.61)、生活情境之自覺行為控制越高(Adjusted ß=0.07;95% CI=0.04, 0.10),其減少睡前手機使用意圖顯著上升。 結論:未來介入策略,應透過傳遞正確認知並消除固有負面態度以提高睡前減少使用手機的意願。除此之外,應著重於生活技能的提供,透過分配閒暇時間、設立睡眠目標,並實際練習提升自我控制能力。最後,應將父母、同儕等重要他人納入介入對象,提供社會支持性環境,並透過較長期的介入策略,以利觀察其睡前手機使用的生活習慣轉變。" | zh_TW |
