| dc.description.abstract | 2017年臺灣同性婚姻釋憲案公布，兩年後的2019年5月17日，《司法院釋字第七四八號解釋施行法》在立法院三讀通過，迎來了臺灣人權史上一個重要的里程碑，性少數議題逐漸被看見而越發受到重視。然而，相較於較容易被看見的同志族群，跨性別議題則較少被討論。臺灣目前對於性別變更登記的相關規定，要求需檢附醫師之診斷書外，更需進行變性手術摘除原有的性器官。撇除手術風險，變性手術為一不可逆之行為，術後將完全喪失生育能力。為避免原本立意良善的手術可能在錯估個案狀態的情況之下，造成難以挽回的傷害，術前的相關評估過程益形重要。而術前之精神科評估，旨在了解欲接受變性手術者之精神狀態是否適合此手術，其人權考量與法律規範應如何，值得探討。 本研究以曾參與變性手術相關評估流程的精神科醫師為研究對象，透過半結構式之質性訪談，了解目前進行變性手術前之精神科評估流程的現況與考量要點，並擷取受訪醫師之經驗，探討現行的評估流程及相關人權法制之問題，並試著結合文獻回顧之發現，提出一符合國際相關人權規範的評估標準。 | zh_TW |
