| dc.description.abstract | 本文關注立法委員所處之網絡結構對其法案推動能力之影響。過往文獻著重討論立法委員之個人背景(性別、政黨),以及制度變項(是否為委員會召委、當選次數)的影響效果。然而本文發現,委員的社會網絡關係才是主導立法過成與法案推動的關鍵。 透過將隨機度序列模型(Stochastic Degree Sequence Model)應用至連署資料,本文取得委員彼此間的正負關係並建立國會時序符號網絡(Temporal Signed Network),以探討委員的網絡結構在立法過程中扮演的角色。台灣國會研究社群中尚較缺乏整合性的將社會網絡分析應用至傳統國會理論。本文透過分析立法委員的社會網絡結構對其立法過程中的成效之影響,試圖初步整合此二領域,並冀望能對未來研究提供些許對話基礎。有別於過往只專注在正網絡連結的研究,本文考量不同類型(正網絡、負網絡)與維度(個人維度、網絡維度)的網絡結構。研究發現,比起正網絡指標,符號網絡中的網絡結構對於委員立法成功與否上有個更顯著的邊際影響效果。而在控制了網絡累積效果、網絡方向性、及時通過法案效果、法案提案人數差異等等穩健性分析後,符號網絡之網絡效果仍然保有高度統計顯著性。此外,比起僅涵蓋正網絡結構之模型,加入了符號網絡結構後也提高了模型表現。 | zh_TW |
