| dc.description.abstract | 近年來我國伴隨著人口老化的現象日趨明顯,再加上國人飲食習慣的改變、不良的生活作息、缺乏運動以及肥胖等趨勢,慢性病在國人的十大死因中已變得相當常見。而心血管疾病、糖尿病、高血壓及腎臟疾病更是已成為國人十大死因中的幾個主要原因。根據2020年的統計數據,高血壓性疾病為我國的第七大死因,而高血壓又與其他心血管疾病密切相關。有鑑於此,高血壓慢性病可以說是我國一項極重要的社會健康議題,而透過飲食行為的調整對於高血壓的防治至關重要。因此本次研究將探討以高血壓為例的慢性病與健康飲食行為間的相關性,同時也觀察有關高血壓相關的健康飲食訊息是否與健康飲食行為上改善具有關聯性。 本次研究採用行政院衛生署(現為中華民國衛生福利部)於民國98年所進行的「國民營養健康調查結果分析與籌備暨飲食營養改善與偵察計畫Ⅱ」的問卷資料,並以是否患有高血壓以及高血壓飲食習慣認知為主的變數對於防治高血壓相關的飲食行為進行分析。結果顯示,患有高血壓與「以低脂或脫脂奶類代替全脂奶類」以及「盡量以植物油代替動物油」的健康飲食行為有顯著的正向相關;高血壓飲食習慣認知則與所有的健康飲食行為皆有非常顯著的正向相關。 | zh_TW |
