| dc.description.abstract | "隨著人口的平均餘命漸增,出生率漸低,勞動人口比例逐年下降,人口高齡化帶來的衝擊衍生出許多社會經濟問題,也成為政府的一大負擔,如何維持勞動力及緩解高齡化所帶來的社會負擔,是目前很重要的議題,不僅中老年人的人力資本是重要的問題,他們也累積了豐富的工作經驗及特定技能,一旦能更好的了解影響老年工作者的退休決策的原因,就可以更有效的利用中老年人累積的知識、技能和人力資本。本篇研究評估職業類別、教育程度、不健康行為、慢性疾病、健康狀況和心理健康對提前退休的影響;還關注身心問題是否會導致提前退休,尤其是在不同的職業和性別中,進而提出避免中高齡勞動力流失的建議。 研究所使用的資料庫是衛生福利部國民健康署台灣中老年長期追縱調查資料,在1996年總共有2462位參與者受訪,留下有償工作的工作者,非體力工作者納入年齡設定為50-64歲、體力工作者納入年齡為50-59歲、扣掉資料不完整的個案,且納入的個案都是至少有完成兩波調查的,最終進到追蹤研究的有效樣本共有794位參與者,使用的分析方式是Cox比例風險模型(Cox proportional hazard model)旨在探討影響提早退休的重要因子,並計算人口可歸因分數(Population Attributable Fractions, PAF) 評估危險因子的危害程度。 完成追蹤後,觀察到有 222 例提前退休事件。在所有參與者中,在調整潛在因素後,我們觀察到女性(HR=1.56,95% CI=1.17-2.07)比男性更有可能提前退休。 另一方面,在男性中,我們發現心理健康(HR=2.08,95% CI=1.15-3.76)是提前退休的風險顯著增加,尤其是對於非體力勞動者;其他與健康有關的因素雖然風險增加,但並不顯著。此外經過計算,在台灣男性提前退休的案例中,分別有4.04%可以歸因於高抑鬱評分,也就是不良的心理健康; 和0.81%可歸因於自評健康狀況。本研究發現,心理健康不佳是台灣提前退休的潛在風險因素,尤其是對於男性非體力勞動者,但存在一些性別差異。加強對抑鬱症的干預、實施職場健康促進,促進身心健康,有可能可以減少提前退休的發生。並且制定政策時須考量這些減少提前退休的干預措施需要分別針對男性和女性工人量身定制,或者,在提前退休政策中應更注意女性工人在職場中相對弱勢的重要性。" | zh_TW |
