| dc.description.abstract | 現今隨著政策推動與國民所得增加,我國運動風氣更加蓬勃發展,使運動場館業的人力與產值逐年增加,然而企業組織若僅以工作任務所需能力及條件來徵選員工,而忽略評估員工是否接納組織的心態,可能無法在組織經營價值觀下長期留住人才。因此本研究目的以理性適配理論探討公辦民營運動中心員工之多工適配與工作績效之關係。本研究透過對偶問卷調查法蒐集資料,樣本以全臺營運滿一年以上公辦民營運動中心初階經理人與部屬為施測對象。總計回收31間公辦民營運動中心,共219份有效對偶資料。研究結果顯示:(1) 多工時間觀、多工作業對工作績效具有正向關係;(2) 當個人多工時間觀與其個人多工作業兩者差距越大時,其工作績效越好;(3) 當個人多工時間觀與所屬組織多工時間觀兩者間差距越大時,其離職意願越高。本研究探討公辦民營運動中心同時多工性之理性適配理論應用與實務意涵,研究不僅提供相關領域的專家學者參考,亦可幫助經營管理者有效地選取適配的人才和規劃充足的職能訓練,以提升運動中心員工較高的工作績效與獲利。 | zh_TW |
