dc.description.abstract背景:乾癬病是一種自身免疫性疾病,會導致發紅、鱗屑和角質細胞過度增生,影響全球至少 1.25 億人。從米糠中提取的米糠醇可以在保養品中起到消炎作用,同時創造循環經濟。 目的:這份綜合報告是一項試驗研究,旨在確定米糠醇作為乾癬病局部治療的有效性,並以在台灣、日本和法國習得的研究經驗和知識提出一個可行的商業計劃回饋社會. 方法: (1) 動物模型和治療—以六隻雌性小鼠(8週)進行為期5天的研究。剃毛後連續5天每天早晨用樂得美乳膏塗在小鼠背部皮膚中誘導乾癬病。小鼠被隨機分為對照組、樂得美乳膏組和米糠醇組。衡量的結果包括使用樂得美乳膏導致的皮膚發炎面積、乾癬面積暨嚴重度指數(PASI)和蘇木素-伊紅染色評估乾癬病的總體嚴重程度。 (2) 應用—學習將米糠醇應用於保養品行業的基本技能,如基礎研究、應用研究、傳播、營銷、商業計劃、商業模式、設計、實習、創業培訓、品牌營銷課程、市場研究以及參與全球治理課程。 結果:樂得美乳膏組及對照組小鼠背部皮膚出現發紅、鱗屑、表皮厚度異常、角質細胞過度增生;而米糠醇組的小鼠乾癬病症狀明顯減輕。 結論:米糠醇能有效緩解乾癬病患者的皮膚發炎症狀,可應用於保養品行業解決皮膚問題。為了回饋社會,以商業計劃和商業模式的形式中構想了理念、市場、具體的資金計劃、人力資源、五年年度計劃和退出策略。zh_TW
