| dc.description.abstract | 自HPV疫苗上市以來，大都以女性作為HPV防治宣導的對象。然而隨著生物科技演進與國際趨勢影響，台灣的HPV防治推廣也由女性為主，逐漸擴及到男性，因此本研究希望了解HPV防治推廣過程中，針對同一疫苗但不同對象的推廣，隨著目標群眾的改變，HPV疫苗的資訊內容中呈現了何種性別差異，這樣性別化的疫苗推廣又會對疫苗使用者在理解資訊上帶來什麼樣的變化。 作為一質性研究，本研究以半結構式訪談為主要研究方法，參與式觀察與文本資料蒐集為輔。前者透過較深入的對話進而分析參與者的疫苗經驗及其對該疫苗的理解與詮釋；後者則是透過參與HPV防治相關實體或網路活動以及相關資料的收集，了解目前HPV防治趨勢與策略以補充訪談中無法得到的資訊。 研究結果發現男性疫苗使用者對於HPV疫苗的理解隨著政策與宣導內容的走向有所改變。不同於HPV與女性、子宮頸癌的連結，對男性而言則呈現與預防性病有關的趨勢，本研究指出這樣的疫苗論述也可能造成非預期的影響，強調HPV疫苗作為現今全球預防性傳播感染疾病的重要手段，政策推廣與衛教的規劃中應謹慎處理其中性別化與標籤化的現象，以建立健全的HPV疫苗資訊。 | zh_TW |
