dc.description.abstract野鴿(Columba livia)對許多地區來說屬於外來種鳥類,時常大量聚集在都市環境中,多數時候仰賴人類餵食為生。在這樣的狀況下大量聚集的野鴿會造成都市環境中的衛生問題。本研究配合臺北市動物保護處『108年度野鴿節育委託勞務施作案』,探討於臺北市都會區域透過投餵含有乃卡巴精(Nicarbazin)的野鴿避孕藥(Ovocontrol-P)防治野鴿族群的成效與可行性。從2019年3月至12月進行每日餵食,實際餵食275日,研究開始時野鴿預估數量為約80隻,3月所有餵食點平均加總為29.07 ± 5.02隻,至11月為止最高為44.26 ± 5.71隻,野鴿攝食數量有上升趨勢,與未投放節育飼料的對照區(中正紀念堂園區)相較未有顯著差異。有鑑於使用節育藥物降低野鴿族群量需長期投入大量人力、物力,且野鴿前來攝食的數量與攝食量受民眾餵食與天候因素影響而難以達到有效水準。如動保處後續還有意進行節育施作案應以限制民眾餵食為目標並與其他公家機關合作宣導野鴿族群帶來的隱患zh_TW
