L’Hér. ex Vent., paper mulberry] 於中國、中南半島、台灣等原生地之族群結構以及親緣地理,本試驗使用限制酶切位相關位點核酸定序 (restriction-site associated DNA sequencing, RAD-Seq) 之資料,設計標靶基因獲取 (target capture) 之探針來獲取樣本變異序列,最後分別使用136個亞洲地區構樹序列資料,以及133個太平洋地區之構樹樣本,進行生物資訊分析。相較RAD-Seq,本試驗獲得更多之變異位點 (6,848個簡約性信息位點),以及降低資料缺值,另外本試驗能使用博物館標本為材料。主成分分析、族群分層以及成對遺傳分化係數顯示亞洲構樹形成兩大分群,廣西、廣東、越南及寮國為一群,中國北部、中國中部、福建及日本為一群;台灣則發現兩個族群,分別為台灣西部及台灣東部。親緣關係樹中顯示,日本構樹族群與浙江及福建構樹族群具有最近親緣關係,索羅門群島構樹與印度構樹具有最近親緣關係,菲律賓構樹起源於中南半島,美國、義大利及智利構樹與北京構樹具有最近親緣關係。而基因滲入及族群分層圖顯示,台灣地區之構樹有滲入中國中部沿海地區之情形,推論為花粉隨季風是進入該地。太平洋構樹族群與台灣族群具有較近親緣關係,然而,太平洋族群內顯示出不明顯之族群結構,且親緣關係樹解析度較低,推論標靶基因獲取探針,所獲得之序列,無法獲得足夠資訊重建太平洋構樹親緣地理。"zh_TW
