| dc.description.abstract | 背景與目的：螢幕使用時間過長已經成為一個重要的公共衛生議題，但是過去有關家庭社經地位與兒童螢幕時間關係的研究結果並不一致，且大部分研究只以電視時間作為螢幕時間的測量。本研究旨在探討家庭社經地位與學齡前兒童螢幕時間的關係，包括電視及非電視螢幕時間。 方法：本研究利用「臺灣幼兒發展調查資料庫(KIT)」36月齡幼兒第一波家長問卷資料，進行次級資料分析。調查對象為出生於2013年4月至2014年3月的兒童，完成2164樣本，完訪率為50.80%。本研究自變項為家庭社經地位，包含父親教育程度和家庭月收入；依變項為螢幕時間，包含總螢幕時間、電視螢幕時間和非電視螢幕時間。採二元羅吉斯迴歸模型，分析家庭社經地位與螢幕時間的關聯性。 結果：68.53%的學齡前兒童每日平均總螢幕時間大於一小時，其中電視螢幕時間大於一小時和非電視螢幕時間大於一小時的百分比，分別佔57.07%和21.86%。父親教育程度及家庭月收入與各螢幕時間變項之間的相關皆達統計上的水準(p<0.001)。二元羅吉斯迴歸分析發現，在控制其他變項後：(1)父親教育程度以「高中職」為參考組，「大學/二技/專科」組及「碩士及以上」組總螢幕時間大於一小時的勝算比，分別為0.67(95%CI:0.51-0.90)及0.39(95%CI:0.27-0.58)；「碩士及以上」組電視螢幕時間大於一小時的勝算比為0.51(95%CI:0.35-0.73)；「大學/二技/專科」組及「碩士及以上」組非電視螢幕時間大於一小時的勝算比，分別為0.63(95%CI:0.48-0.84)及0.41(95%CI:0.24-0.67)。(2)家庭月收入以「<4.0萬元」為參考組，「≥12.0萬元」組總螢幕時間大於一小時的勝算比為0.56(95%CI:0.36-0.87)；「4.0-6.9萬元」組、「7.0-11.9萬元」組及「≥12.0萬元」組非電視螢幕時間大於一小時的勝算比，分別為0.65(95%CI:0.48-0.89)、0.57(95%CI:0.40-0.80)及0.57(95%CI:0.34-0.95)。 結論：整體上，家庭社經地位越低，學齡前兒童螢幕時間越長，但父親教育程度對螢幕時間的影響比家庭收入大。此外，建議在未來螢幕時間的研究，應加入非電視螢幕時間一起測量。 | zh_TW |
