| dc.description.abstract | 泰國目前正經歷著處於迅速高齡化加速的社會，目前正面臨著巨大的嚴重的人口問題。在接下來的十年裡，該國老人年金會受到濫用，因除了面臨的到人口結構突然變化外，其政府也沒有適當地安全保障來面對人口高齡化。使老年人的財務狀況(老人年金)受到濫用，。面對為了確保老年人的財務安全，特定以普通法為主的國家根據信託法實施了受託人法，以保護老年人的利益並為其提供經濟支持。本論文旨以通過對英美法，英国法和新加坡法等法系國家的受託人行為進行研究，研究受託人行為之研究作為對老年人進行財務濫用的法律措施之有效性和可行性。該研究包括對老年人的定義，金融財務中關於老年人虐待，概念，有關老年人欺詐的理論以及相關的普通法國家，以分析針對老年人欺詐和對老年人的不法剝削之刑事執法問題。 | zh_TW |
