dc.description.abstract本文利用民國105年「身心障礙者生活狀況及需求調查」與「人力運用調查」,以Oaxaca薪資拆解模型探討台灣男性身心障礙者薪資歧視。相較於過往研究,本文對於身心障礙者的功能限制進行控制,以了解傳統的研究方法是否造成薪資歧視的高估。研究結果顯示,「具日常功能限制之身障者」的薪資歧視程度未高於「無日常功能限制之身障者」,即未能證實無控制健康狀況將使前者的薪資歧視受到高估,因此台灣身心障礙者的薪資差異議題仍須更詳盡地探討,以確切了解導致群體薪資差異之原因。zh_TW
