| dc.description.abstract | 截至2021年,歐洲、北美、日本、韓國、香港與新加坡等地網路使用率均有九成左右。 臺灣民眾使用網路的比例則有83.0%,而青少年使用網路的比例更達到了100%,意味著所有青少年均在使用網路。同時臺灣民眾有91.3%使用手機上網,透過智慧型手機上網已成為臺灣民眾生活的一部分。 網路與智慧型手機的發達也帶來了網路成癮的問題,網路成癮被學者定義為一種「跟藥物無關的衝動控制疾病」,網路成癮者會出現包括耐受度、戒斷症狀等問題。國際間網路成癮的比例落在10%-50%不等,臺灣網路成癮的比例根據各學者的研究都在20%左右。 網路成癮程度被證實跟父母與同儕對網路與智慧型手機的使用頻率與態度有所關聯。網路成癮程度也與運動參與的情形呈現負面關聯。運動參與的情形也跟體適能跟運動自我概念有所關聯。然網路成癮程度跟體適能的直接關係尚未明朗,過往網路成癮的研究以中小學居多,大學生網路成癮的研究尚嫌不足。因 此本研究期欲討論父母與同儕對於智慧型手機的使用頻率與態度與臺灣大學生網路成癮程度之相關性。以及網路成癮程度對於臺灣大學生運動參與、體適能之相關性。最後是運動參與對於臺灣大學生體適能與運動自我概念之相關性。 本研究針對全台424名大學生進行問卷施測,問卷根據過往文獻設計汁問卷進行編修。本研究使用結構方程模型作為統計分析方法,並得到以下結果: 大學生最常使用網路在社群軟體與影音觀賞上,同儕對大學生網路使用的情形影響最大。「父母使用智慧型手機頻率」、「同儕使用智慧型手機頻率」與「網路成癮程度」均呈正相關,卻都未達顯著相關;「父母對使用智慧型手機態度」與「網路成癮程度」亦呈正相關,也未達顯著相關。「同儕對使用智慧型手機態度」與「網路成癮程度」則呈顯著正相關。 「網路成癮程度」與「運動參與情形」呈負相關,與「體適能」呈正相關,均未達顯著相關。而「運動參與情形」跟「體適能」與「運動自我概念」呈顯著正相關。 根據上述結果,本研究得到以下結論: 1.同儕對於使用智慧型手機的態度正向的影響了網路成癮的程度。 2.父母與同儕使用智慧型手機頻率以及父母對使用智慧型手機的態度並未跟網路成癮程度有顯著關聯。 3.網路成癮程度與運動參與情形及體適能未有顯著關聯。 4.運動參與情形顯著的正向影響體適能與運動自我概念。 | zh_TW |
