| dc.description.abstract | "研究背景:過去已有許多文獻指出,母親在懷孕過程中從事輪班作業可能與一些生殖危害有關,包含胎兒低出生體重、早產、流產、神經行為發展遲緩等等,也有部分文獻指出會導致兒童在發育過程中較易出現肥胖情形,但跟肥胖相關聯的代謝症候群因子,例如胰島素抗性、血脂肪異常等,則鮮少有文獻提及。本研究著眼於探討母親在懷孕過程中從事輪班作業與兒童肥胖、代謝症候群的關聯,並放入飲食、運動、其他個人因素等干擾因子一併納入探討。 方法:本研究針對台灣出生世代長期追蹤研究 II (Taiwan Birth Panel Study II, TBPS II),收集於2011至2012年出生之嬰兒,於2018年做後續追蹤,著重於探討產前及產後母親、嬰兒、及幼兒時期之健康情形與相關健康風險暴露之相關性;研究中透過追蹤檢查時測量之孩童身高、體重,以及抽血資料中測得之血糖、胰島素、血脂肪等資料,並透過結構化問卷評估母親及幼兒之家庭背景、飲食情況、及環境因子等;統計部分使用單變量及多變量之線性及羅吉斯迴歸,調整潛在干擾因子,以評估母親在懷孕過程中從事輪班作業與兒童肥胖、代謝症候群因子,例如胰島素阻抗(HOMA-IR)、血脂肪異常的關聯。 結果:本研究共納入407對母親及幼兒。透過流程圖做嚴謹的篩選分組,經調整干擾因子後之模型顯示,母親在懷孕過程中從事輪班作業,與兒童體重上升、過重與肥胖、胰島素阻抗(HOMA-IR)數值較高等風險皆有關連,此關聯性亦在排除體重過輕小孩的子族群中出現。而在比較母親在懷孕前從事輪班作業時,並沒有以上提及之發現。 結論:本研究顯示母親在懷孕過程中從事輪班作業,可能會與兒童體重上升、過重與肥胖、胰島素阻抗有關。" | zh_TW |
