dc.description.abstract科技行動主義者如何跨越國界相互聯繫?我以10個月的參與者觀察,與16位g0v參與者的訪談以及相關文件的分析為資料基礎,探討g0v社群與跨國公民科技行動主義圈子互動中不斷變化的策略。 g0v已從專注於提高g0v在國際上的知名度和建立國際網絡的重點,轉變為著重於建立鄰近國家行動主義的社群。這種轉變的直接原因是社區治理結構的變化,但本文將這種轉變置於跨國公民科技網絡的擴張以及 g0v 社群生態的變化。跨國公民科技一直是多元化的,包含了因各種原因而參與的異質參與者。跨國公民科技場域鬆散的制度化,加上g0v 的地位逐漸提高,使得g0v社群能夠創造出不同交流的模式。因為劃界工作以及對 g0v 社群治理的重新討論,引起了創造不同形式連結的期望。本研究以策略行動場域理論和數據行動主義文獻分析這些變化,筆者討論了場域鑲嵌性的型態如何於鬆散的新興領域中發生變化,並試圖將具價值者和意識形態主義者帶到策略行動場域理論中。本文認為國際交流是數據行動主義的一部分,並展示了對數據本身的理解是如何通過國際交流實務而形成,並如何形成國際交流模式。zh_TW
