| dc.description.abstract | 社工系學生的專業認同為社工教育所欲達成的重要目標之一,同時也反映著其對自身專業的態度認知以及投入社工實務的意願。綜觀過往相關文獻,多數研究往往會將專業認同視為二元、線性的概念;然而本研究則是以Marcia的認同狀態典範為理論基礎,嘗試從類型化的角度來探討專業認同的概念意涵及其影響因素。 本研究以線上問卷的方式進行資料蒐集,最終一共回收到495份來自21所學校社工系的有效樣本。在資料分析的部分,本研究主要是先透過R統計軟體的tidyLPA套件進行潛在剖面分析(LPA),區辨出社工系學生的專業認同狀態,接著再透過SPSS19.0軟體中的多項邏輯迴歸模型,進一步檢視專業認同狀態影響因素,包含:專業知能勝任度、專業知能重要性、內部工作價值、外部工作價值,以及家長支持。 根據本研究問卷的分析結果,社工系學生的專業認同狀態可分為達成型認同、早閉型認同、未定型認同、迷失型認同、否定型認同等五類;處於不同專業認同狀態的學生,分別對於社會工作具有不同程度的探索行為、心理承諾以及承諾轉向的表現。在研究變項的部分,專業知能勝任度、內部工作價值、外部工作價值,以及家長支持皆會影響社工系學生的專業認同狀態;而在控制性別、學校屬性、入學管道的情況下,具有較高的專業知能勝任度、內部工作價值、家長支持,以及較低的外部工作價值的學生,較有可能在大四階段達成對於社會工作的專業認同。 綜上結論,本研究指出社工系學生的專業認同是由學生對社工的探索行為以及承諾感受等方面所組合而成,並可區分為不同的專業認同狀態。研究者進而對社工教育單位與社工系學生分別提出相關的討論,並建議未來研究應續以Marcia的認同狀態典範作為理論基礎,探討專業認同的概念意涵、發展歷程與影響因素。 | zh_TW |
