| dc.description.abstract | 摘要 甘藷過去在我國屬於重要糧食與動物飼料之雜糧之一，由於世代變革與國人飲食習慣改變，加上近年來農作物的生產易受極端氣候的影響，在小規模耕作經營為主的台灣，規模契作產銷方式，可使農業生產在有規劃下生產、以降低及減緩產銷失衡的衝擊，也可使減少契作主與農民面對市場價格波動的風險。本研究實地針對台灣甘藷重要產區之台中市、彰化縣與雲林縣等三縣市，以問卷調查自耕農戶、產銷班、專業農戶、掮客及合作農場等402位農戶，以計畫行為理論為架構，以probit模型分析發現「態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」與「行為意圖」，對農戶過去三年是否參與契作的影響各不相同。因此，進一步以多項式logit（multinominal logit）模型，探討影響不同身份別農戶選擇不同類型契作收購方案的因子。 三大類契作收購的模式中，不分規格的「全收」契作細分為兩種，而一般收購的模式則細分為三種，至於市場行情波動則是契作主調整各規格契約價格以貼近上漲之行情。結果顯示，農戶過去三年是否有甘藷契作的經驗，不會影響未來可能簽訂任一種契作收購方案之選擇。而農場主本身的社會經濟類別與條件、農耕的經驗及受訪者特性及所在縣市等因子，對於選擇不同契作收購方案之影響各不相同。至於計畫行為理論中的態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制及行為意圖等，對不同身份別農戶之影響各不相同。而受訪者經由多項式選擇的結果顯示，如契作越能提高農戶穩定收入、關鍵資材準備、栽種技術提升與採收運輸等，則越能吸引專業農戶、掮客參與不分規格而以高於該縣市行情15%之全收模式，而這種情況下，此二群農戶也越可能參與契作提供採收期間市場價格往上調漲之收購方案，而當越透明與公開之資訊、宣導、親朋好友契作之經驗越多，則產銷班之農戶、選擇越可能選擇不分規格而以高於該縣市行情15%之全收模式；相同的，當區域內參與契作戶越多且有信譽好的農企業時，掮客、合作農場及專業農戶越可能參與不分規格且高於縣市行情15％之契作收購方案，相同現象自然也反應在這些類別是農戶的行為意圖上。 關鍵詞：甘藷、規模契作、農企業、契作收購方案、計畫行為理論、probit模型、 多項式logit模型 | zh_TW |
